Every site we ship goes through the same ten checks. You can run them yourself in an afternoon.
Try it with a keyboard
Tab through the whole page. Can you see where you are, and can you reach every button?
Try it on a slow phone
Open the site on an older phone with the connection throttled. If the first screen takes more than three seconds, shrink your images.
